The urges will come and go, and at times you don't even realize you're not having urges, until you think..hey! I haven't had an urge for a while!...but then by thinking that..that can accidently trigger an urge

I did that to myself last night, I was busy busy busy and stopped took a breath, and was calm...then I thought, good job, you haven't even thought about smoking in hours! which then made me think about it!
