My teeth have stopped dancing about and telling me off :-)

Yay! My teeth have calmed down at last - obviously their yoga class must have helped OR it could be because I quit smoking 5 weeks ago....  Still really tired but my eyes, skin, hair are all looking better. I reckon quitting alcohol and smoking together, cold turkey, might be a bit of bloody hell for a while but now I just don't really think about either, although I have formed a very special relationship with dark chocolate Keep on keeping on xx 💤🍫☕️🛌💖💕
