I've just about quit, thanks to e-cigarettes...

Seem to have given up smoking, thanks to e-cigarettes. Still smoke the occasional cigarette, but no longer regularly 😊.

It's great that you have cut down, that's a smart way to the road of stopping smoking completely 😊👍 

Have a mooch around the site and look at the pinned posts, there's one on making a plan to stop smoking😊

Also try reading Alan Carrs book on stopping smoking, it's free download and a lot of our quitters have found it useful.

There's quite a few on here that have given up with the ecig too. 

When your ready to give up smoking come on here and let us know your quit date. We will support you as letting go of that final cigarette can be hard.

Welcome and well done. That's how I managed to stop. I then set myself a quit date. I use an e cig , now no  nicotine , dwindled it down over the weeks. I still use for example when I go out and have a drink . It's the only thing that's worked for me and I have tried several times not getting this far . Good luck on your quit. Stay close to the site as lots of support for you and read some of the pinned post very helpful . You can do it
