I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF, DO I FEEL BETTER? I DO WHEN MY FAMILY CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I HAVE NOT ONCE HAD THE DESIRE TO LIGHT UP, MY WIFE GOD BLESS HER,SHE SMOKES AND TRIES TO KEEP IT AWAY FROM ME,NO NEED TO I CAN SMELL IT A MILE AWAY AND IT DOES NOT BOTHER ME, AFTER 53 YRS OF SMOKING I REALLY HOPE I CAN KEEP IT UP,WITH THE HELP OF HEALTHUNLOCKED AND MY WEEKLY NHS QUIT 51 CLINIC, THEY ARE BRILL, NOW I DON,T WANT TO LOOSE THEM BOTH DOWN OR MYSELF.I CANNOT SAY I FEEL ANY BETTER HEALTH WISE AT THE MOMENT BUT HAVE BEEN ASSURED I WILL SOONER THAN LATER. I MUST BE ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES THAT HAS NOT HAD ANY CRAVINGS YET. I AM TAKING IT DAY BY DAY, THANK YOU ALL I LOOK FORWARD READING ALL OF MY HEALTH UNBLOCKED FRIENDS POSTS IT REALLY DOES HELP XXXXXXX

Could you please let me know your actual quit date sooooo I can then keep your Winner badges upto date and add you to the Wall of Winners :)

As for your health, please please give it time eh :) be patient cos you smoked for over 50 Years, soooo things wont happen over night eh :o

Hi Razmond, congratulations on 4 weeks 2 days. That is absolutely fantastic. And ur not getting cravings? That is lucky for you, by four weeks I had been through hell and back and about to turn back for another trip! You must have a great attitude to your quit, inspirational. Well done. 😀🍻

You're doing amazing!!! It took me 5 months to feel better.... I believed I needed to smoke to help me cope and I was very breathless and exhausted... Now I'm coming on 6 months and life is changing..... My mood is improving and I don't believe anymore that I need cigarettes to cope....

You've come across a great bunch of people on this site who help save lives and provide genuine support🙂
