Psychological Withdrawal vs Physical Withdrawal

Hello everyone👏 I posted in the last 24 hrs about physical withdrawal from cigarettes but I just want to make myself clear that I know and (I live ) the psychological addiction as well which is hell on its own. I just didn't want anyone of you to think I was undermining psychological addiction which is just as bad, powerful and cunning

There is that time in a day when I want to just have a drink and light up ... Trust me.....but (fear) always stops me

So let's keep going in the right direction

NOPE NOT ONE PUFF. EVER

I like the quote .. sounds a little like Winston Churchill (nothing to fear but fear itself).

Although I think I did a pretty good job of planning my quit, I may have been a tad naive about the scope of withdrawal. Today,I sometimes have to laugh at myself -- like when I'm anxious about being anxious -- no kidding. Sometimes it's just grin and bear it. Not always that easy, tho'.

Patience and Gratitude help a lot too. However, the deal breaker for me is knowing for certain that a Power Greater than myself IS restoring me to sanity. (Please be patient with me, God isn't finished yet)

And heaven forbid I forget to add -- that: "I get by with a little help from my friends!"

Thanks Friends.

Winston Churchill was bipolar. A fearless leader despite his challenges.
