Gums hurt

I'm using e cig right now. 8 days now without cigs. My gums hurt not real bad just a little irritating. Is this normal?

Hi Missval, although I 'have' used an e cig before, it wasn't for any real length of time so can't really say whether they would cause sore gums or not. Hopefully someone else here will be able to be of more help.

In the meantime - do you have anything else you can use instead - NRT maybe ?

Hope you find a way round this (((hug)))
