Sorry I haven't been on much just dealing with a headache that doesn't want to go away but other than that I feel and I'm breathing so much better and I got to blow a baby pool that I couldn't for all those years of smoking cigarettes. . It felt really good and I was proud of myself. It has not been fun or easy with the awful side effects and keeping away from smoking but I'm making it and am not an will not go back to that awful life and stinky !!.. I really am happy I stumbled over this site so many people on here that care and are willing to help... thanks for all and I'm going to keep going forward to live longer and feeling fresh .....
