Hi guys an girls been a while but I'm still not making I made it through yay. Had some tough times as you know specially when had reaction to patches but I'm still not smoking with only the quick mist 1mg it's tough but I'm determined to overcome my demons and not give up 👍

Thank you hun not gonna lie there been days were ice so much wanted to give in to temptation but I haven't too be honest I've always thought I didn't have much willpower losing g the one thing I turned too when things went wrong as daft as that sounds x
