Over 2 years with a cigarette

I know people say that if I can do it you can. I found out that's true. I used to joke that the only way I could quit was to put the patches on my eyes so I couldn't find them or to have my hands tied behind my back. Here I am and I have managed to do 2 years. I have also got some friends who have quit and they are coming up to their year anniversary. It has not been easy but it has been worth it. I was lucky as it was never about the money just the health benefits that I was wanting. I do honestly feel better and wish everyone who is on their journey good luck and to stay strong you can do it.
