Well in four hours time it will be exactly two years since my last one.. March 13th and have saved over 5000.00 so hope this is encouragement for others giving up. The road is not easy but is worthwhile.. I cant believe how awful the smell is now when a smoker is near .. and that I must have smelt the same. Now to encourage my husband and bf to do the same. Admittedly I have put on extra weight and still yearn on occasions for that one fag but stick with NOPE... not one puff ever.... or I would be back on them. Would you believe I have taken up going to the gym!!! Good luck to all.

Well done 🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉

That's an amazing achievement

I'm trying to encourage my hubby as well, I hate the smell and now he's relegated to the garden. I'm actually trying to get him to go down the street but he's not having it 😄😄

Keep up the good work

Xx

Here's a tip Shantimar. Buy your hubby one of those big industrial fans & tell him he can smoke in the garden as long as the fan is between him & the back door. I'll bet he thinks twice before having a smoke in those conditions, particularly mid winter.

Hey roneo 😄

You think if I got a big enough fan it might blow him away 😃😃😃

I want to be you!

Great job!

Can you see 5 and then 7 and finally 10 where your whole body has replaced every cell since you quit?

That's one of my motivators.

That everyday my lungs get pinker and pinker and the brains smoker pathways od too many endorphin receptors gets smaller and smaller.

Great job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
