Hopefully today is going to bring us less challenges with getting onto here and more focus on that quit attempt

Remember that whatever part of your stopping smoking journey you are on, you will have your ups and downs but if you stick with it, and remember the NOPE rule (Not One Puff Ever!) then you will come through all lovely and smokefree.

Stay positive and remember that you can do this. If you never managed to get your first day of Stoptober under your belts yesterday, then theres always today

Staying stopped for 28 days puts you at 5 times more likely to stay stopped.
