What eliquid do use

Hi I was just interested to what eliquid do use what strength ,and where do you buy from ,I am using socialite eliquid 24mg but I brought some online 24mg menthol and it was soooo much stronger I felt light headed after a each puff not using it again

High Befree - a tip to reduce the strength is to just put a little bit in with another flavour (like tobacco flavour) so you will taste the menthol but it won't be as strong!

24mg is quite high so another tip would be to go lower - but that obviously reduces the nicotine strength.

I will try that I have 16mg ,I am a newby I have copd I was diagnosed about 5yrs ago I have always been really healthy so didn't really belive I had it stupidly ,but it is taken its toll now I am trying to stop smoking and came across this brill site,tomorrow is my quit date , and have been practicing on a egig they are brilliant

Oh that is so brilliant - you have made a wonderful decision for your health, it really is the best thing to do! Oooh, where'd you get it from, I could do with some of that. Was it the same make Socialite? 24mg is supposed to be quite high. When I smoked I smoked about 13-15 cigarettes a day yet most e liquid sellers seem quite surprised when I say I need 24mg as they would usually offer 24mg to a heavy smoker.

It is very difficult to recommend any one make as they seem to vary on what flavour you have.

I copied this from a website

Propylene Glycol is a thinner liquid and produces less vapour than vegetable glycerin, however it produces a better throat hit. Vegetable Glycerin on the other hand is a much thicker liquid and produces more vapour, less throat hit and often tends to be slightly sweeter in taste.

So the oil base that you vape makes a difference to the effect you'll get dependent on how it's made up as above.

Hi sinfree ,I found the 24mg from socialite very easy and smooth but the 24mg from cloudstix on line very strong , they have a little shop in city for socialite so think I will stick with that brand and it's also on line to

It sounds like the socialite one is vegetable based oil then and the cloudstix one is Propylene Glycol based. Is the second liquid thinner than the first one. Plus I think the menthol one would seem stronger anyway. Unfortunately its trial and error with the different flavours and mixes. If they have a shop they usually have samples that you can try.

Yes the do have samples you can try , maybe it is cause it's menthol that it seems stronger

I wanted the menthol when I went into my e-cig shop, but I too found it too strong when I tried it as well, but I've learnt a lot since then about mixing the liquids so I am going to buy the menthol next time, especially as I've cut down now from 18 to 12 so a stronger flavour liquid would be better.

Oh when I was in there, a man came in and asked for red bull flavour - can you believe that? I asked if he would like vodka with that!

To be honest I bought it to cut down as I never thought I'd ever manage to stop smoking, started cutting down and within a few days I was only having a couple of cigs and the last2 days only had 1 cig a day and thought well what's the point of that so stopped then panicked haha... You'll be fine and if it gets hard at anytime get on this site and someone will take your mind off it lol

Hi I use socialite too, 24mg, and 1.6mg. I bought some cheaper stuff on line and it tasted like dirty dish clothes smell...ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, so now i stick to what i know x

I us a mix of 24mg and 16mg = 20mg. I have tried 32mg when experimenting with it and like you was light headed and dizzy.so reduced. I have spinner battery s so I can turn down the amount of vapour per puff. I bought mine from go4smoke. All their stuff is tested and of the highest quality. I buy from them always and won't go elsewhere. I hope this helps . Ray

I think I picked the wrong day ,lol nightmare day at work but to be honest I have only smoked 3cigs which is A big achievement for me I'm still on e cig and armed with all the helpful advice I no I do this
