You really need to buy a second battery because it takes time for them to recharge. Also, I take a q-tip to clean out the ends of the battery, the charger & the tank. I have a back up battery so when my Ecig battery gets really low or dies I already have one charged & ready for me to use. If your battery is still not charging maybe you need to take both the battery & the charger back to whoever you bought it from.

NanaDeb is right better to have a spare battery, i got some of ebay for 8 quid, i would take the battery back to where you got it, as it should charge and be good for about 3 months....depending on how much you use them.

I also clean my battery with a cottonbud, as a little bit of the liquid can leak out x

Hi Leigh-Ann,

I think that if there seems to be a fault then you probably would be best to return it. Having a spare charger is also a good idea however just make sure it is the correct one for your e-cig.

Please see the following link following an incident with an e-cig and the wrong charger;

I had a problem with one of my batteries, i contacted the eCig company and they sent a new one. You absolutely, as others have said,need more than one battery.I had 4 in the end a touch of belt and braces but I was never without a battery.It worked for me, I'm happily 7 months smoke free and 15 weeks nicotine free. Don't put your quit in any kind of danger for the sake of a spare battery. Well done on the quit so far. H x

Hi yellowsnowdrop, just saw your post about being 15 weeks nicotine free, wow! How did you do that? I'm working out that over half of your quit has been with NO nicotine. Now that's pretty amazing! What way did you do it, if you don't mind me asking? X. :) :)

Sounds really silly but have you accidentally turned the battery off by multi clicking the button?? I've done that before!!

It could be a bad battery, I have bought a few that have been like that.

Complain, you paid good money for it and it`s not fit for purpose.

Tom.

I just decreased the strength of my nicotine cartridges every time I ordered new ones,about every 4 or 5 weeks, until I was down to 0 nicotine.I went back up to a low strength nicotine for a couple of days as I didn't manage very well with none but had to go into hospital so had no choice but to live without the nicotine in the end.I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss my cigs,I still do,but no going back now ever.I smoked 15/day for 38 yrs.
