This is so me... Well, until I discovered the magic of Camomile / Calomine tea

Seriously though, I have to say that I feel like I have discovered something amazing Every night now I have a cup before bed, or even take one up with me. Having read up on it, it says that camomile is a natural sedative. It's not like it knocks you out or anything, but when you wake up you feel like you have had such a wonderful sleep. Once you get over your first experience of tasting it - it's a bit like smelling and tasting hay However, I even leave the tea bag in the cup now

Oooh I will give that a try, it doesn't sound very appetising I have to say though lol, I try to drink green tea as that's supposed to be a great antioxidant but my face always reacts to it when I drink it, like a child taking medicine bllaaahhhh haha. I shall try it though as you have 'highly recommended' it

Hi Fresher - the camomile tea is amazing, it just makes you sleep "better" - but if you don't like the taste, which I don't find bad at all, try adding a little bit of natural honey (which is also a natural anti-oxidant) just to sweeten it up a bit.
