WOW, thank-you all for all these kind messages of encouragement. Day ten almost over. Teddy bear now suffering from a surge of energy. Have been out in shed, Wipe the dust off bicycle, Pump up the Tyre,s and going for a spin later. WOW, Where has all this energy come from ?????. Love to you all, teddy bear.

Hello everybody, Sorry not been on for a while, but been away involved in work commitments. Good news, Now day 15. YES, DAY 15.. Wow, still no smoking. Not even One cigarette. But Teddy Bear do have a confession, Work did become a little stressful for him, So he marched himself in the local chemist and brought himself some gum. Not sure if this was allowed, but it did the trick, it saved the day. Now keep them in car for emergency only. Hope you all holding out, as it can be done. Teddy bear is doing it, So I know you all can. Hugs to you all xx
