I'm so sorry guys, but I gave in and bought a 10 pack. Then I had to go back into the shop and buy a lighter (I forgot I don't have one in my bag) I'm so ashamed of myself. It was disgusting and smelly and I'm going to do a ceremonial flushing of the other 9. Do I lose my 4 weeks winner badge? Today is my day 57. I'm so disappointed in myself.

Also no man would make me go back to smoking I actually don't even have the desire which is amazing for me as normally at the first sign of hassle would be puffing like a chimney. Might be a failure at relationships but going to succeed in the stopping smoking x

the only thing i can say is your human! no need to feel gulty just get back on the bike and ride!!( Me and m hubby are bikers) theres an open road out there for you, free of fags and full of a new a interesting future so rev up and enjoy it! you fell off once, but your still here, thats to be celebrated x

Well we are all human!! Many a mistake we have all made.

Unfortunately, I slipped up too,and had to reset my stats, but although I was gutted about doing that too, it made me all the more determined to get past the day I had my cock up, which I have done!! Whoop Whoop!!

I think it's a physcological thing I think!!

I think you should delete your winner badge, to make you more determined to get another one!!
