Good afternoon everyone.

I was trying to put a suitable pic up of Jilly's activities but they were those kind that take up pages so had to give up on that idea.

Hope you're enjoying the sunshine. It started off like that here, with mini showers in between but now grey and showery. I could have done with some sunglasses when I was out this morning. It was quite chilly to start with but I did another new record for me - 3.91 miles with the monster hill thrown in too. I now have no gym membership so will have to steel myself to get out on my bike in between - hope it's nice enough tomorrow and the wind's died down.

If you go onto google for pics, I recommend you use the ones that are about 4 rows down and not the top ones

Andi, why do you need a gym ?? 3.91 miles, is just flippin fantastic gal I wish I could do a quarter of that

Why dont you work a plan out, like you have an eating plan One day you doo a run, the next day, you do some indoor exercise, like you would if you were at the gym,

The next day, you would go out on ya bike

The next day, you would do exercises at home again and so on

If the weather isnt rite, then just step it back a bit, and go the next day

Am not sure whether you get my jist of what am saying, but if I was young free and single, that is what I would do

Hiya Pete,

That's about what I do now anyway. I try to do something every day and log it on one of those sporty-type sites. Most people on there are "mad" on fitness and the site. It's quite fun, diverts me away from here a bit, but not as good as our gang on here. And, you can't have a chat and a laugh like here, apart from helping each other along the way.

Have just had a bit of noddy - eyes wouldn't stay open - must be getting old.

Ha ha ha, sooooo true gal, just like me, and Yes, I think we are getting older BUT, we are as old as we feel I myself, feel a lot younger than my age, just a pitty my face dosnt match eh
