Good morning,
Another Hot sunny day. Well lets see what Hu. have planned for us today. There were only about 3 of us yesterday who eventally got on site. even then it didn't let us on all the time. Anyway I think we all gave up early evening .
I am off to docs for my regular check up this morning. Then Thursday my regular check up at the hospital. All medical this week.
Going to do a bit of shopping now so catch you later.

I was not able to get onto this website all day yesterday and only just now have I managed it 9:40am.
Hope everybody okay ? I have got passed a week without a cig but it is quite difficult at the moment - off the high of stopping .... everything seems different though which means I am having to deal with new thoughts and feelings (not sure I like this) !!

Good morning Jonathan, Your doing really well, stay strong, you can do this. I remember going through this, I used to try to re direct my thoughts, and find something to do when the cravings came, they don't last long, and they do get less and less.
Have you written your list out of reasons why you want to stop, I kept mine with me all the time, reading it really helped me. I'm sure Emjay has a blog on this but I don't know where to find them yet, I'm sure she'll get it for you, and have some good advice for you.

I am happy to say that I have made it onto the site today. I couldn't get on at all yesterday and am not sure now if that was because I was using my iPad. I tried again this morning with my iPad and no luck. Now I am using my laptop and got on here with no problem so am wondering if there are still problems when using iPads. I hope they sort it out because I kind of like the convenience of the iPad. Having said that, I am just glad that I'm here.
More importantly, I am happy to see you all and hope the day is good for you all.

How you are feeling at the moment is pretty normal and the good news is that it doesn't last forever. Look on the positive side in that if you hadn't stopped smoking, then you wouldn't be feeling this way. So it is just your body and mind letting you know that it is going through some changes and recognising that you are not feeding it with the usual 4,000 plus toxic chemicals that you have been over the past how ever many years
Hey Sally, when at home I use my iPad and at first I couldn't get on here but then had no problem at all. Apart from yesterday when my posts wouldn't post, I don't think it was anything to do with my iPad though. I'll let you know how it goes this evening when I'm at home and using my iPad
I've just tried to post all the above but the site was telling me I need to be signed in (which I was), I've logged out and then back in to see that you have had to repost too Jonathon. I shall let HU know
