Hey Ambie1066,

Welcome aboard to our happy place :D

Well done on making it through your first day, your body will have started its own healing process already :-)

With regards to your question, it's a bit difficult to judge really as it all depends on how thin or fat you roll your rollies :-/

I think the only way you would really find out would be if you took a cigarette, opened it up and see how many rollies you get out of it. Based on the way you rolled them yourself...

If you don't know how many you used to smoke a day, you could guesstimate it and try and work out how long a pouch would last you and see if you could split that over the amount of days.

A guesstimate is probably the easiest way. Have you any idea roughly whether you smoked around 10, 20, 30 or 40 rollies a day? I'd just think about it and go with that.

At the end of the day, don't worry about it too much, cos the fact is you've now stopped :D

Be careful of using both patches and e-cig together as you won't know how much nicotine delivery you are getting. Why not just go for the patch and see how you go?

Stay positive and we'll help get you to where you want to be :-)

Welcome to the site, believe it or not it does help when the cravings kick in and you read the trials and tribulations and more importantly the victories.

I had a similar problem, I was a cigar smoker and everything written is about tailor made ciggies. So I just counted up the cost and put 50% of the money away for treats. So far I've bought new golf shoes, and a golf top.

Good luck!

Well done Amble, for packing in the rollies.

Don't think patches and e cigs at the same time is a good thing.

But if that's what you need to start to stop, so be it.
