I’m glad to see that it didnt start to get easy for most until 2+ months. I’m at 47 days and have yet to have an “easy one”. Need to just keep hanging on.

If it’s any help, and it’s twelve months now since both myself and my sister quit together using the same method which was-

Patches for approx 7 months reducing down gradually even by cutting the low dose ones into halves and also immediately converting to a vape with lowest amount of nicotine.

Twelve months on and no patches although still tiny amount of nicotine in vape and not interested in smoking at all. Remember it’s the nicotine withdrawal that makes it difficult so spread it out over longer period of time and ‘not what is says on the packet. It’s tough but doable. Good Luck

I would say after about 9 months.

Still waiting for it to get easier, but some days are better than others. Only 3 weeks stopped so early days yet. As Dunny77 says "Need to just keep hanging on".

I'm almost 6 months out and it's still not easy. Some days are better than others, but I'm still waiting for an easy day. However, I smoked for 40+ years so I'd expect it to take a while. I'm determined to stay nicotine-free.

Thank you for setting this up Tubby! The 6 month mark was when I started to finally feel better than I had been. Onwards and upwards, don’t give up!
