so glad I found it too!
Its not easy at all but really worthwhile - go on I dare you and you know you can do it. xx
From HealthUnlocked.
Already belonged to Health Unlocked with my main condition, and so looked for a smoking site.
I was walking along the road, feeling sorry for myself, when I came across this brown paper bag, sitting in the middle of the footpath. I gave it a nudge with my foot & I could tell there was something substantial inside. I looked around to see if there was anyone close by, then I scampered home with the tightly sealed paper bag securely under my arm. When I got home, I slowly opened the bag to see what possible treasures awaited me inside. What I found was indeed a treasure trove. Some absolutely wonderful people popped up. So many, if fact, that I can't name any for fear of missing anyone. Over the past 4 years I have received & given advice, cried on shoulders, laughed, shared (virtual) hugs & good news stories, commiserated over stumblings, coped the ocassional rebuke (thanks Pete). We have shared good & bad events from our lives in addition to our quit experiences. We have had the odd little tiff where "mum or dad" had to intercede to restore peace. There have been lots of visitors who drop by & some who justnever know when to leave & stay & become part of the family. Love youse all!

I completed w3r1 this morning. Ive never run in my life...I used to write notes to get out of pe. Ive lost 2st 7lb since August and given up smoking. I started a few weeks ago but on the last run of w1 I pulled a ligament in my knee. Started again 3 weeks ago and I’m loving it. Oh I should have said I’m 53 so total life change. I never thought I would ever look forward to going running and getting up at 5am and go out the door in the cold and rain. I really can’t recommend it enough. 😊
I found this because I was looking here for a quit group to join
