I have to agree with you there. Facebook is out of control. I feel like it would leave members more vulnerable to attacks from trolls. I always feel safe here. Facebook, no.
I come here to get away from Facebook. Plus privacy is important, we share some very personal stuff because we feel safe to do that here.

Personally I'd rather not for all the reasons other people have put, privacy, safe space etc but that might not be the same for others and if it makes stop smoking support more accessible, maybe that's a good thing. Or are there groups on FB where people can do that anyhow?
Yeah, I voted "don't know" also because initially, I felt the potential to help more people is there. But I think I would change my vote to "No" now. I see the high traffic as leaving members more open to troll attacks.
I also voted for linking to Facebook but now after reading what my fellow posters say I agree. This is something special I have to go someplace special to get here and it makes it elevated for me. Let's not linked to Facebook I have changed my vote. I just don't like elf unlocked telling us what we can say and what we can't say. If I want to talk about and Alternate therapy or discussing alternate therapy I should be able to do so. And atos is a bit like a ham sandwich in the hands of a prosecutor in front of a grand jury. They can indict a ham sandwich.

Also I would pay attention to how wrong people have been on the site. Not everybody is equal here. Some have more of an investment in terms of time and energy others just wined in and out. Also can you make sure that votes her only from the quit group
Sorry No, as feel the ( Quit Support Community ) is special warm and welcoming, fb is not private , probably would not have opened up as much on a fb page . Love Quit Support Community as it is x
Nooo. I have become very disheartened with FB, privacy issues, ads, trolls, fakes etc.
If it has the same rules and guidelines it would be cool. With the Privacy feature set, it could be set you have to be a member here and be confirmed before joining
I have a pet hate of FB, but that aside if it drove more folks here for help, then that would surely only be a good thing.
