Where did you find or hear about Quit Support? / what did you ask when enquiring .

I was a member of BLF site and did a search of other HU sites.
I use a HU site and just looked to see what others there were.
I just googled to see if there was any stop smoking sites and this one came up,and i was very glad it did.
was a member of another support group on healthunlocked
i was a member of Lupus UK and found it searching other HU sites.
Found you on health unlocked
I found quit support , in my darkest hour when I was desperate for help 3 weeks into my Quit.. I searched Google and came across this wonderful community who helped me quit 😀

I wanted to quit smoking, BUT, I new I couldnt do it on my own

Same for me, monky, or may I call you Pete? I haven't been on in a while, but I hit my 1 year. I am a non smoker. However, like you, I continue to vape. It may be terrible, but I love the flavors. I don't believe I would have made it this far without the support of this group, especially in the early months of my quit. I am blessed to have googled it. You have a wonderful day or night !
