I belong to a few HU sites and found this one searching. For sites to join
I got some literature in the post about something else and there was an ad for quit supoort so i phoned them and got a help package. I have now been a non smoker for 3 years due to the help of e cigs. My motivation was moving as the owners were non smokers and it was clean and fresh with no smell of tobacco
Searched back in 2015 when I quit first attempt & found this group & it's been my rock since on every attempt I've made 🙂
