I celebrated my 2 month smoke free anniversary today, and I won't say it hasn't been easy but I will say it has definitely been worth it. I feel amazing and so empowered and proud of my achievement. I have been an addictive smoker for over 40 years and now I control my life not the nicotine

Congratulations. I am now at 21 days and have just counted up that I have NOT smoked over 400 cigarettes. I am amazed that I have got so far this time and feel amazing too. Just got to stick with it now, one day at a time.
