Hi marytea13 - not yet, my husband finished the trials in October this year.

Can I ask a question - can anyone tell me of a drug that helps combat depression, aggressivness and all round feeling of helplessness? - I know, I'm wishing for the moon but my husband has been on citraplan, apmy something or other - no use at all. Are there any other drugs out there for me too - I am seeing my gp soon.

The results are going to be released in "the second half of December".

There have been quite a few people that have mentioned that themselves or family members have done relatively well while on the drug so lets hope that it really does work and the drug can help people with this terrible disease.

When you say those participating in the study "have done rather well" what does that mean? Status neutral (no advancing of symptoms or improvement overall, or.....)
