Multi-centre international clinical trials of this drug's effectiveness against PSP were completed last year but, very sadly, it was found not to be effective. (I know this because my husband took part in the trial.)

As with all drugs often the side effects on the body aren't worth the results of the drug. Particularily if it isn't working at all.
