Day 31 The Dish of Bliss for Two
I enjoyed this dessert so much so; working from last year's picture, I recreated it for this year's ice cream challenge. You'll be happy to know that I shared this time.
This treat begins with a bed of marshmallows and a generous pouring of caramel and surrounded by cubed Rice Krispies squares, pecan pieces, marshmallow minis, Smucker's chocolate magic shell and Maltesers. These kept teasing me to eat them - I obliged, all the while reminding myself I had to leave some for this dessert. Next is a layer of Tim Tams's (a treat unto themselves) courtesy of the land down under and more caramel syrup. A Klondike bar rests on the marshmallow bed covered in layers of caramel and chocolate magic shell. Two scoops of French vanilla ice cream, more caramel and chocolate shell. Two dollops of whipped cream, drizzled caramel, and topped with Maltesers (I don't like maraschino cherries). A fabulous dessert to end the PSP-CBD Ice Cream Challenge.
