Granny B - you might be right. Tell me, should I change the colour of the moon in the attached pic?

Lovely Tim!

Did you paint this? If so you are the only one who can make that decision.

Years ago l had two wolves walking by my pond heading towards my house... but never saw them again (thank goodness!).

My son has always been a lover of wolves... he has many wolf shirts because it is one thing we can buy him that we know will get a smile!

Yes, I recently painted this on a wall in my cottage man cave. I paint more in the winter (you know much I love it) through the day while I still have control of my hands and write in the evening. I'm leaving the colour as is, if anyone wants to see it blood red... look at it through rose-coloured glasses (: (:

Thanks for sharing your Wonderful Wolf & Moon... Tim, l am glad you are not going to change it.

After my son's motorcycle crash l began painting on my basement walls at night when l couldn't sleep. I have a Blue Angel, she's taller than me. On another wall l started painting a rock and it ended up being a face... l call him White Eagle. The last wall has faces in clouds that some people can see and others cannot. I did not try to make the faces and l only saw them after the paint had dryed. It was kind of spooky at first but l love them. I think painting is a great stress reliever.

So Tim, l guess we should keep those paints flowing. Sending hugs... Granni B

Granny B - I have 3 more paintings for that wall and one more wall to do. I believe I shared the mural with Marie via email. You can only post one pic at a time to this site. Last spring, I started on the outside wall in my sanctuary area. I planned on doing two more, but Trish put a stop to that. I told her that after I'm gone, I might become a recognized artist and my paintings would be worth more than the house... couldn't convince her.

Is it OK if l ask Marie to forward the pictures?

I would love to see them. Or you might post them one at a time on here... l am certain there are others who would enjoy seeing them.

I will try to take pictures of my walls to share. Mind you l am not an artist (l was just a heartbroken, frustrated single mom at that time). I am seriously thinking about painting over my paintings before l put my house up for sale... or asking hubby if we can cut out the dry wall & move them with us. Or l could remove the walls & ... Problem Solved! LOL

Sending hugs... Granni B

Very nice picture! Sunday night, weather permitting for viewing, there will be an eclipse. It will be a super moon and this time of year it's called a wolf moon. The eclipse will make it look red so they are calling it a Super Blood Wolf Moon. Just some info from Space.com site 🙂

I think it's beautiful. My wish is that it remain the same.

Good Morning Tim,

I forgot to ask if the tiny white dots in the background are paint or glitter... just wondering.

I threw a bit of glitter on my Blue Angle.

Sending hugs... Granni B

Granny B - the dots you see are stars. 20 some odd years ago when I finished my basement I used a textured paint that I troweled on. This technique left porus patches, when I painted the midnight sky the porosity that wasn't covered by the dark blue was dabbed with yellow.
