Wow! That looks amazing. Too late for my darling but I think he could have used it, as once when I asked him why he didn’t answer me, he said “I did in my head”.

It will probably be ages before it’s available and affordable but really do hope it works. It will make so much difference to anyone who can’t speak or communicate in any other way.

Thank you for sharing.

When dad started having trouble speaking I asked a bunch of questions about what was going on. At that time he said he had trouble figuring out what word to say and sometimes he couldn't think of any word at all.

Now the whole process of speech is failing to the point he is usually impossible to understand.

I think, least in dads case, it would result in garbled words.

That sounds amazing and would be so useful for Ben if it were commercially available. xx

Looks good, BUT! As we all know, it's the neurons, message carriers, that have gone wrong with our loved ones. This gadget relies on those messages, so I doubt if it would work for them. It would be fantastic if it did. Could be a real break through in the research for a cure.

Lots of love

That would be wonderful. The communication with my wife is what I miss most. She sometimes will laugh when there I nothing going on. I would love to know what she is laughing at to laugh with her.

I saw this same device posted on a link yesterday and I'm going to get more information on it. I think that it will do the job when I can no longer communicate and still wish to post my blog.

Maybe CurePSP or PSPA can work wirh MIT to trial the tech for neuro patients. Wouldn't that be great? So many patients, ALS, stroke, many of our loved ones...We need our sponsor organizations to make a case.

So excitng! Even if it doesnt work with all psp/cbd patients, - or takes years - its a brilliant example of how tech is actually making huge strides. It gives hope!
