Best way to rekindle memories. My grandson just said to me that when we go to our holiday place in Yorkshire at Christmas we can go on the cliffs and remember granddad.

Where in Yorkshire? I ask only because we used to holiday up in the Dales and had a cottage in a village there . What happy memories we have!

Love the dales but our place is on the east coast at Bridlington. Cliffs and coves and beaches - just the place for memories !!!

Winter simplifies things in some ways. The garden sleeps. My outdoor chores involve only shoveling snow, chipping the ice off the car, and chopping wood for the fire.
