Respite sucks. Not the concept, because that is great, but the fact that social services tell you you are entitled to it, but when you take it,m they send you a whacking great bill for the "contribution". That's not entitlement, that's purchasing

Sorry, just my rant because I am sick of Social Services promising the earth then sending me bills (in David's name)
