Every day I let Colin hold one or two of our Guinea pigs. Today it was the turn of Tess, renamed Lady. She stayed still as he stroked her with a finger. It's lovely to see how he visibly relaxes.

I'd never heard of a Chorkie but guessed what it was and googled it. They are gorgeous aren't they. No wonder your husbands face lights up when yours visits him. Mine would as well I think.

She is only two months old so don't know how long her hair will get. Sandra at the rescue centre where she was born, trimmed it before she came to me. I wonder if anyone has ever plaited guineas pigs hair? Or maybe dreadlocks like our son.
