You said what you felt. Isn't that what we are supposed to do here?

Hope things seem better today AVB.

Sending you a great big hug.

TY Bev, I know ....I would have only shed tears for any of my brothers and sisters feeling this way (SATT2016) no judgement....but still it's embarrassing to scream loud enough so that those across the pond can 'hear' (:o)

Thank you for being you NannaB.

Never be sorry or embarrassed

I write things to you beautiful people that I cannot say to anyone else!!

And dear god (I'm not religious) I thank you all from the very bottom of my heart for your support and continual kind words and such sound advice

Sometimes I think oh shit I shouldn't have written that but let's be honest it comes from the heart

Big hugs X

I re-read your post and am a little confused... Nothing to be sorry about, Unless it was speaking from the heart was a little hard for you to reread in the morning... Been there done that will do it again.

Your post touched my heart and was very welcome.

Thank you for sharing it. It is another part of our collective experience of this damned PSP.

Warmly

Kevin

Goodness, Mrs. Birke! No need to apologize! Hang in there, dearie. We are all rooting for you, I'm sure!

Hi Easterncedar, In yesterday's Guardian guardian.co.uk there was an article about a British-Iranian woman also being detailed in Evin jail by Republican Guards. Homa was mentioned, too. I don't know to send link via this forum but if you go to website and don't find headline on home page just put Homa into search box and it should come up.

Thanks, pattz. Got it. I appreciate the information, any time. I'm so afraid that as time goes on Homa will be forgotten. I really feel for that young woman's family. What a terrifying horror for them! I think of you often. Best wishes and love, ec

There's no need to apologise at all, we all feel the same at times and letting it all out does help! We are not going to judge anyone because we are travelling the same road and have to support each other the best we can!

Please don't worry, if I posted some of the things I was thinking I'd be thrown off the site I'm sure!

Take care, love and hugs....Pat xx

I don't see a thing in anything you've written to be sorry for. Sounds like you've been through hell. I got barrel trauma once after flying with a bout of sinusitus. Spent 6 months walking into walls like a drunk. Sad thing was I couldn't drink because it made it worse! Sods law. I live in fear of it coming back, it's so difficult to try to be normal when the world is spinning around around you. Believe me, I've only been on the forum for a few weeks and I've already said things about Mum while in a bad place that I wish I hadn't, luckily I don't think anyone saw it! LOL xxxx

OMG 6 months.....oh no....I've never heard of barrel trauma is that the same as vertigo?

That's it, it's an inner ear problem caused by pressure. Divers get it.

Yes I called my gp after hearing you had it for 6 mo. She gave me Flonase which should reduce the sinuses which are pressing on the eustachian tube......I don't know if it;ll work but it sure was nice of her to talk to me over the phone and help me immediately....such a nice person, this dr!

Hi AVB, I must have missed this post. So all I can say is, what goes on this site, says on this site! Surely, that's the point, we can all off load, WHAT EVER feeling we are going through and everyone understands. I would hate to think that this site changed from that ethos. It's up to all us users, to make sure that doesn't happen.

Lots of love

No need to be sorry, if we can't say what we feel on this site, where can we say it

Hope you feeling a bit better

This is a place where feelings can be released without any embarrassment so no apology necessary.

We had a friend who had MS. His wife was constantly apologising for just about everything as she was his full time carer. We banned the word from conversations.

Hope as your new day dawns it is a bit brighter.

Nothing to embarrassed about you are just saying it how it is. I think it is something we all fear being too ill to be able do our caring role but we are only human. Stay rested and hope you are soon back to your old self. Love Kate xx

Before you joined this site we had a universal scream day - at a given time carers and people with PSP all went outside and screamed as loud as we could and it could be heard all round the world - so scream on - good for the soul.

Lets do it! We'll have a USD, and afterward have a party Jillann6 talks about!

We really do need it to cleanse our souls!

Thanks Georgepa
