Thanks Vicki, we hope to be at the PSP meeting. I haven't cancelled the Crosroads sitter so if Colin is ok to go, Sarah will go with us.

We have had a lovely day with family and friends and I think Colin enjoyed himself.

Thanks everyone for all your birthday greetings for Colin. I think he was quite amazed at how many people responded. I asked him last night if he had enjoyed the day and his thumb went up again. It was a good day.

Yes it is the boys. I enlarged 2 for him on canvas. The other is beside him on the floor, you can just see the corner. It is of Colin in the middle with his sons and grandsons around him. It's difficult knowing what to get for presents isn't it? I've hung the pictures right above the TV so he can see them from his chair.

Nice idea! My guy's daughter had a coffee mug made with family photos on it. We both love seeing it every morning!

Hi NannaB, when I first replied to this post, the photo wasn't on it!

Seeing Colin, then looking at S and the few people that I met with PSP, it's mind blowing, that doctors still can't diagnose this evil disease. The facial expression is just the same with all of them. If someone came to see me, wearing the "mask" I would recognise it straight away. Shows how often doctors actually look their patients in the face!

It is uncanny, that look isn't it? In fact on our first visit to the neurologist at diagnosis, he did say without seeing the scan results, he would have said PSP by Cs expression and he had more movement in his face then. I suppose it was because he is a neurologist not a GP.
