Nortripyline 10mg
Does anyone have any experience with nortriptyline as a nerve blocker? I'm having pain everyday, and don't mentruate so the gp has given me nortriptyline to help the pain. Did this work for you? I've had amytriptaline before and i felt like a complete zombie. Thank you in advance.

Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)
Hi, this is my first starter post although I have replied to a few questions from others. After being run over by a car 40 years ago and suffering multiple skeletal fractures I have undergone 14 operations so far. Around 2019 I was further diagnosed with Fybromyagia. Multiple medicines later and serious

Atrial Fibrillation on smart watch
I got a Samsung Galaxy 6 watch for Christmas that has ECG monitoring. It has found 3 times (2 of which was last night) atrial fibrillation which I've not been aware of before and never diagnosed with. Are the watches results reliable? I didn't feel much different really but could feel my heartbeat.

Got home from GP appointment and cried.
Afternoon everyone, I got back from my GP appointment this morning and cried. We discussed my blood results and he wasn’t that concerned, however he went through some old hospital notes regarding an MRI I had back in 2018 and looks like I now have my answer as to what I am suffering with and it’s not

RLS returned after taking Duloxetine
Had RLS for many years, associated with Fibromyalgia. Having taken Amitriptylene, Nortriptyline , Pregabalin for my Fibro, my RLS has been under control. Recently started taking Duloxetine to help my Fibro and my RLS has returned with a vengeance. I get very little sleep, as soon as my head hits pillow

Just need to have a rant about this horrendous condition 😡
I thought this would be a good place to have a rant about my IBS. I am completely fed up of this horrendous condition completely taking control over my life. I have not slept in days due to constant nausea and pain and not being able to get in any sort of comfortable position so I can sleep. I find

New Pain Treatment
Hi Everyone.I have after a long wait been to The Walton Centre. In Liverpool. I was spoken to by four different Consultants. They have advised against another Impar Ganglion block So now I'm taking 25mg Nortriptyline. Apparently this will help me with the pain messages. I am only on my first week

Amitriptyline vs nortriptyline?
Consultant recently changed me from Amitriptyline to Nortriptyline, in another attempt to reduce fatigue (positive RA and Fibromyalgia diagnosis). Two nights of Nortriptyline and both nights I’ve woken very early (4am ish) and had quite memorable dreams (which I think implies not deep sleep?). On the

Fibro - flashes of nerve pain throughout the body or not?
I was diagnosed by a rheumatologist about 8 years ago. The GP I saw about a year later put me on to Nortriptyline and I've been taking 50mg every evening to help with nerve pain overnight and sleep issues. Now my present GP has persuaded me to come off it - I'm OK with this as I don't know if it's

Migraine Medication
Hi - I suffer from migraine. At the moment I get them every other week. I have tried amitriptyline, nortriptyline, topirimate etc but can't tolerate these drugs. I now use rizatriptan when the migraine starts and it does stop it though it often comes back and I have to take a second and sometimes a third
