I had focal cryotherapy 3 months ago to the right side of my prostate. Since then, major issues with ED which I knew could be a side effect of the procedure but was hoping since they didn't touch the nerve bundles on the left side that I would be ok. Anyway, question is, do the nerve bundles regenerate? Does receptive anal sex inhibit healing of the bundles?

Bottoming won't hurt it.
ED is far more complex than just nerves. With RP, only 37% retained normal erectile function with complete nerve sparing, and only 13% with unilateral nerve sparing. I hope you are engaging in a rigorous program of penile rehab.
I didn’t have RP. Not sure what penile rehab I should be doing. The DR never mentioned that.
Play with your penis, wake it up ,just keep trying, use a pump, anything that makes it feel good. Unfortunatly I had all of my bundles taken. Although I don't have any medically verified proof I believe my nerves must be regenberating. After 2 plus years of recovery I can get about. 2/3 of my former erection. I'm sure this is because I masturbate for hours everyday. Take care ....bobby
