Can you have ass play with removed prostate gland? They did not remove it completely, tried to keep all nerves in the "shell" intact.

Sure can! Once everything is healed it is fine and safe (the usual preparations and precautions apply). BUT it will be different, so plan on finding new sensations and new feelings to enjoy. My advice is to forget everything about the past and imagine yourself a virgin again.

Berkshire is right. The UK NHS has the only ‘approved’ guideline of waiting 6 weeks after surgery. Then take it slow. It’s still plenty of fun.

Yup. Some recommend anal dilators to stretch out any scarring you may have developed. I am a skeptic about "nerve sparing" but the urologists DO like to make that claim. It is self-delusion IMHO.

They didn't remove your whole prostate intentionally? That doesn't seem right. Is that a new thing? Or did they end up leaving some tissue behind? The nerves are like millimeters away from the prostate gland, which is the challenge with nerve sparing surgery.
