Time for radiation and testosterone shots. Doctor says I will go through menopause for four months. I’m wondering if any of you have experienced no testosterone

Yes, I am on HT (Zoladex) - been on it for 25 months.

The side effects are difficult to live with. Hot flushes, mood swings (depression), fatigue and weight gain. etc.

My testosterone is 0.70.

I am still having erections, and dry orgasms

I found daily intense exercise helped.

I've been on Lupron for 8 months. The fatigue and depression have been the worst of it for me. Joint pain has annoying but tolerable. The hot flashes were intense in the beginning but now they're few and far between. I did lose muscle mass despite being very active. I've just started going to the gym to try and combat that problem. I did gain weight around my belly but have been able to take some of it off by watching my diet. I still have a strong libido, can get an erection and orgasm. The lack of cum has been difficult emotionally and mentally; it's getting better with time as I'm learning to relax more. No one can adequately describe it to you, you have to experience it. It pretty much sucks but you'll get through it.
