I had my six eeek follow up and was started on low dose vIagra with suplemental dose incase i thought I might have sexual activity. As well as a pump. I had never used a pump before. I have a d3cent size penis. about 7,5 ( or did) and nice head, but I think the tube size is too big even with the flimsy shield they give you on the medical grade pump it wants to suck uour nuts up into it and it hurts.
I have looked on line and the ones they sell have a sleeve to slide your dick in. and the tube seems to be smaller. I pumped the first time. looked impressive. the 2 time caused some swelling in the frenulum area. and general soreness in the shaft I had asked anout the shots i would much rather stick a needle in my dick amd have a 3 hour boner than use this pump nut the UROLOGIST wants to give the viagra a few months to see if my spared nerves will repair
My dick did feel cold and was very turgid I am going to try a looser band on it next pump although it still fells a little itchy from the first 2 pumps. I was used to sex every day and now am scare dro use this pump every day Do you get used to this feel? should you pump a few mmhg then wait and slowly bring on the erection? I did try that but never seemed to get to my normal 7.5 unless i did it all at once then went to about 8 but my penis head felt so tight I tried to masturbate it sime but thought it just wasnt wirth it
Yoday i took 60 mfg Biagra got a little length on my penis and it felt better just rubbing it in this pretty soft state i felt some tension building but never wuite got to an orgasm. I did leak urine several times during this experience That was not so bad and actually felt good I just have to pad better from mow on. Any pumpers you can private me. I would like to aee some one else use this besides the porn sites I have looked at Going to the adule store tomorrow to get a different pump wasted 500 dollars eith medical grade

Getting your balls sucked into the pump really hurts! Don’t let this happen. Position the tube so that the penis slides along the bottom of the tube and nothing else goes in. Also lubing the rim of the tube helps create a seal. Shave your pubes to get an even better seal.
The purpose of the tube is not only to prepare you for sex, but also to oxygenate the penis with fresh blood. I made the mistake of giving up, and over time I’ve lost penile length and girth because my penis atrophied for lack of oxygen.
Pumping really helped me! You just have 2 experiment and c what works best 4 u. I definitely lost an inch but I know if I hadn't starting pumping I would have lost more. It can b painful but your cock will tell u when 2 take a break from it. Don't always pump up just 4 sex, think of it as physical therapy. Drink lots o water and use a good lotion on your cock afterwards.. it helps.
MY EXPERIENCE IN THIS DOG AND PONY SHOW/MEDIEVAL PUMP TORTURE WAS THE SAME AS YOURS.... PAINFUL AND DISAPPOINTMENT. i WANTED YOU TO KNOW YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN THE EXPERIENCE OF THIS
There is a brand of pump called "LA Pump" and they have different size tubes available with and without a rim that prevents the ball sucking problem. They also sell replacement parts if you damage your pump. I didn't know that having an appropriately sized tube makes all the difference. You should be able to find them on-line. Good luck!
I have used medical pump for two years. Frequently at first. Never had my testicles sucked in. I am very average. 6. Got nice erections. After 2 years I get firm but not hard enough to penetrate. Great orgasms. Sometimes shoot urine. I actually like the feel. Like a great ejaculation.
Hi GeejayI'm from England, two weeks in after a prostectamy operation. All went well. I've now got the dilemma of starting with the vacuum pump, and 5mg cialis daily. I gear horror stories of using a pump but understand ir helps recovery and penile length. I'm just 5", I had a great sex life before, could get very hard and masturbate daily with no problem.
Did you find the pump helped you out at the start following your operation.
