Of the men who were rotor routed by the PC surgery, how do you jack off? Do you have to manipulate your cock in a certain way to achieve orgasm? IF so, how intense is your orgasm?

Basically, except no semen, everything is as before. I’m very fortunate as my erections are strong and orgasm are good (maybe slightly stronger than pre surgery).

I think I was exceptionally fortunate as I got my first erection when using my catheter. While sleeping, I was woken with some pain at the tip of my penis... when I checked it out, it was 1/3erect and some blood and gunk had moved up the catheter hose.

I asked my surgeon’s Physician Assistant why I was so fortunate, and she said “young fit men tend to do better. I was 57 and 30lbs overweight at the time of my surgery.

Wow thanks. It has only been about 6 weeks since surgery and I do have about 25-30% erection. I am just feeling really anxious. I am 51 and have always been pretty fit, so fingers crossed. Thanks again!

well you are one of the lucky ones, 98% of us men that has prostate removed do not get erections, the medicines don't work, only the injections and an implant consider yourself lucky
