HDR recovery tips

Waiting for husband to come out from HDR procedure , he’s also getting 5 weeks of EBRT in 2 weeks . Dx Gleason 10, no Mets. Any tips for those who have gone through this , anything you wish you would have known before you went home from this procedure ? Thanks in advance for sharing . Hugs to all going through this bump in the road xx

I preferred Rapaflo to Flomax.

I've been using Flomax for maybe two years, with acceptable, not ideal results. What is the rationale for your choice?

One rapaflo worked better than 2 flomax for me.

With a Dx of G10, I'm wondering if ADT might be added as a way to try to treat the case aggressively,

Based on what I've seen and read, YOUR case might merit the combo strategy.

The plan to date certainly seems to be taking the fight to a higher level.

Hopefully, the response with be significant and reassuring.

Yes he is on ADT since April and took casodex for 2 months. Hitting it with everything. I even asked for him to be on Zytiga but Doc said since he has no mets so did not want to add that yet. Thanks for your reply
