@+Burnett 1948.Does the taking of Fish Oil capsules help Prostate Cancer grow. I have read that multivitamins is detrimental. I have recurrent Prostate Cancer. One of my Doctors has told me to take Fish Oil to improve my immune strength.

According to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center study, an increase in Omega-3 fatty acid has shown a 70% increase in prostate cancers. A balanced diet of eating different types of fish is better than fish oil.
