Hi everyone, any suggestions for night sweats and day sweats too!! I tried sage leaf supplement but they made me feel sick. I have Crohn's disease too so have to be careful what I'm taking. The sweats are disrupting my sleep terribly. Bed soaking wet in the night, get up 2to 3 times to change my nightie😒 I know we all respond differently to different things but any tips will be gratefully received. Thankyou in advance 😀
