Hello, and welcome! This is a community for women who have symptoms of PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) and severe PMS. This is a safe place where we can share our struggles and insights about how PMDD has affected our lives.
Feel free to share what has and has not worked for you in treating your PMDD as well as the things that enrich your everyday life like exercise, hobbies, favorite books, music and movies. Thank you for sharing your experience and helping to build this safe and supportive space for women everywhere.
