I’m freaking out right now! I had a mmc in nov at 15 weeks and had an awful time. My period (according to app) is 2 days late so I have taken a test and looks positive. I have just been diagnosed with ptsd because of last loss and have been started on sertaline( is this safe? Should I stop?) I dunno what to to do! I did have a negative test at beginning of last month! Arrghhhh help!

Sertraline is safe during both pregnancy and breastfeeding. It's the most common anti depressant prescribed for pregnant and feeding mums. So you should be fine to continue taking, I wouldn't come off it before checking with your doctor.
I'm really sorry to hear you had a mmc, I had one before I had my little girl, it was so hard, sending you lots of love and hoping this time round everything works out for you xxx
