Hi I have been a member of Health Unlocked for over a year but only on the CKD site. I have only just discovered the PRDA site. It is very interesting to read people's posts and although my CKD has been my main problem more recently I have been suffering with bouts of diarrhea, constipation and cramps. I also had a colonoscopy because of blood in my poo. The doctor thought I had a bowel tumour but following 2 MRI's when nothing showed he was unsure why. I suggested it may have been some sort of blood clot due to radiotherapy damage as my bladder also sometimes bleeds, however he did not agree, but why else would it have disappeared. He plans to do a sigmoidoscopy just to check. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem.

Hope your GP starts to listen to you

Hi Blue Hawaii thanks for your reply. I feel fortunate that apart from my CKD which was caused by radiotherapy damage and 2 operations to replace my ureters the more recent issues with my bladder and bowel are manageable, at the moment anyway. I will check for support in my area and speak to my GP
