My uncle got a double lung transplant September 11, 2020. He is currently in ICU. He had to have 2 emergency surgeries due to one of the lungs not working properly. He was put on an ECMO machine and ventilator. 2 days later they put him on dyalisis. I've been visiting him daily. It's so hard to see him this way. He's not following commands therefore doctors did a CT Scan yesterday. Results came back normal.
Doctors took him off ECMO machine and dyalisis 2 days ago, but he is still on a ventilator. I received news today he's kidneys are not doing good and will be going on dyalisis for the 2nd time. He also got a blood clot on his inner thigh and had a fever last night. He no longer has a fever today. They put him on blood thinners and waiting for test results.
