During the Transplant Patient Summit conference in DC, I listened, shared stories, and embraced others like me, whose lives were changed by the miracle of organ donation. Thankfully three years ago this amazing women, my neighbor, gave me a second chance to live healthy by donating her kidney. Here I am never looking back, never doubting, the power of transplantation that transforms life. I am living proof and forever grateful to The Angel Next Door.
