2 days ago in my rush while out shopping and packing groceries into the car I left a bunch of flowers on top of the car and drove off,and not realising my mistake until i got home,i searched everywhere,and then i remembered,oh s@#&?
However i posted this on my facebook page,and this morning,the doorbell rang,i opened the door to be greeted by my friend Dawn flourishing a massive bouquet of flowers,and i did shed a tear,and i was overwhelmed with her kindness.
She also knew that i always place flowers by my late partner David's photo every week,and i do hope he is looking down on this beautiful display of flowers..
Over the past 15 months i have received numerous acts of kindness which have given me the will to keep ,keeping on,when at times i found the going almost impossible to bear and i really did'nt want to keep on.
But i am glad i am still here.

That's a lovely gesture by your friend, and assuming the flowers you brought fell off the car, hopefully someone picked them up and helped make their day a bit easier 🥀🌻🌷

Some friends are like angels there when we least expect them but need them the most, your a very special person and you will always have someone looking out for you not just your David 💛🌈🌟X. Just watch for the sines and theyl be there the more you watch the more they will come 🌠🌠🌝

What a wonderful friend you have to do this for you, And although life maybe difficult we are looking at some shops starting to open from Monday and meeting up with friends. So perhaps your determination to carry on will be rewarded by meeting your friends. Brian
That was lovely of her.Funny you should say about flowers for David my partner was called David and when we bought this house 11 years ago it wad the view that hooked us straight away so I have a pic of him on windowsill with vase of flowers at side. Started off with fresh but then I saw some beautiful roses looked so real got them so permanently there. The first Valentine's day after he died I bought a beautiful bunch of flowers for him, my friend said who are they for and looked at me like I was mad when I said for David
